Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement reconciliation actions that promote equality and justice for all.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating reconciliation activities, developing reports, and providing recommendations to improve our organization's reconciliation practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reconciliation actions that promote equality and justice for all;
  • Coordinate reconciliation activities, including events and workshops;
  • Develop reports and provide recommendations to improve our organization's reconciliation practices;
  • Work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, staff, and partners;
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on reconciliation matters;

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field, such as social science or education;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High level of organizational and time management skills;
