About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our Sydney office, where you will be responsible for managing complex Water Treatment projects from design to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering WTP and WWTP projects, with a strong technical background in water treatment processes and infrastructure design. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve project objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design management/project management of complex Water Treatment projects
  • Manage design teams in large Water Treatment projects
  • Be accountable for leading the delivery of high-quality design delivery on projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality and guide project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
