Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our Client Services team in Sydney. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of Client Services professionals to deliver exceptional service via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets and client satisfaction scores.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Services professionals to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster a culture that emphasizes understanding client preferences, anticipating needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Clienteling Manager to drive clienteling activities and sales in strategic categories.
  • Stay up-to-date on product, company, and department initiatives.
  • Empower the team to take ownership of client concerns and challenging situations.
  • Represent the organization professionally, embodying values in all interactions.
