- Conduct thorough risk assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
- Assist in handling claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution for clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
