The Accounts Receivable Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable.

This includes receipting incoming funds, including credit card payments, and managing all invoicing and debt collection. The successful candidate will work 3 days per week on a permanent part-time basis, reporting to the management team and Finance & Operations Manager.

They will be required to match high-volume supplier invoices each month, process new customer accounts, including performing credit checks, and produce customer statements and maintain the AR Inbox.

Additionally, they will assist in audit preparation and perform ad-hoc month-end processes support for external accounts & Finance Manager, as well as coordinate stationery stock control.

Previous experience working within Accounts Receivable and debt collection is essential, along with a qualification in Finance or Accounting being desirable.

Other key skills and qualifications include highly organised time management, excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and high competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience using MYOB is highly regarded, as is being a self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
