Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our Operating Theatre team as part of a dedicated rotational shift team.

This extended recruitment pool offers a unique opportunity for nurses to gain experience in a multidisciplinary environment, rotating through Day, Afternoon and Night shifts.

Fixed Term appointments may lead to extension(s) and/or permanency.

About the Role
  • As a Registered Scrub/Scout with Anaesthetic and PACU experience, you will provide high quality nursing care in a dynamic theatre environment.
  • You will rotate through each area in OPH theatres, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the patient journey.
  • Upskilling will be provided for PACU and Anaesthetic experience if not already held; meeting mandatory requirements through supported development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with Theatre Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetic and PACU skills; minimum 12 months' experience.
  • No restrictions on practice; eligible for registration.
  • Mandatory theatre skills; upskilling provided where required.

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for permanent positions. Fixed-term appointments require documentary evidence of entitlement to live and work in Australia for the contract period.
