Role Overview

This role is centered around delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer specific enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Processing customer escalations in a fair and unbiased way
  • Logging all customer enquiries for accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Providing first level technical support, with training provided as needed
  • Notifying clients about delays or updates in regards to their repairs
  • Processing and follow-up of customer queries and orders for watch repairs

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working within a high volume, fast-paced customer enquiry or customer service environment
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with difficult customers in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Decisive, firm, courteous, customer-oriented, with the ability to handle stress and pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in computer systems and software such as SAP and Salesforce
  • Technical knowledge in the watchmaking or other repair industry is highly beneficial
