This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are looking to enhance their clinical skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented clinical team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
- Post-graduate experience desired though not essential, training will be provided
- A strong desire to learn with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a team and independently as required
- Availability to work across a rotating, 7-day roster
