About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Cairns. As a Clinical Nurse with integratedliving Australia Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work independently and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people in the Cairns community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health promotion and education to clients and carers
  • Promote and deliver our award-winning Wellness for Independence programs in person and virtually
  • Monitor and promote health outcomes via Telehealth
  • Provide direct care services across a range of different funding programs, including wound care, diabetes care, medication management, stoma care, and catheter care
  • Assess, develop, and evaluate nursing care for all clients through a diverse and collaborative approach
  • Work with clients to develop and achieve client care plans that are goal-driven and client-centered
  • Assist clients to become independent with managing health needs through a Wellness and Reablement approach to achieve levels of function in conjunction with Allied Health clinicians
Requirements
  • Division One Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners' Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Understanding of community nursing and the principles of primary health care
