We offer a comprehensive program that allows newly registered social workers to transition into professional practice in a structured and supported 12 month framework. This multidisciplinary approach ensures consolidation of mental health skills and knowledge within a holistic framework.

Graduates will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, assisting in the achievement of unit/program and organisational objectives to deliver high quality clinical services focused on consumer recovery.

Regular study days and facilitated workshops will be held monthly, catering to the needs of our graduates. Additionally, all required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements must be completed and submitted to receive a certificate of completion.

This position offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of consumers, ensuring continuous professional growth and development.
