Job Summary

LION Digital is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our Paid Media team. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical development and execution of Search advertising for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns across Meta Business Manager to drive results for our clients.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, managing budgets of $3k - $20k+ per month.
  • Good knowledge of Meta Business Manager and associated platforms.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully.
