We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Croydon VIC. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality in-home care services to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Domestic Assistance: Provide cleaning and household management services to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Meal Preparation and Shopping: Help our customers with meal preparation and grocery shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food.
- Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to our customers, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Transportation: Safely transport our customers to appointments and social events, promoting their independence and mobility.
- Complex Care: Provide specialized care to customers with high care needs, such as dementia, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
