We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Croydon VIC. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

Requirements:

  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
