**Job Title:** Personal Care Worker**About the Role:

You will work closely with our clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, providing resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner with limited direct supervision.

A key aspect of this role is to have a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

This position requires experience working in aged care or completing 1st year nursing studies. You must also hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) and possess NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
