Multidisciplinary Speech Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Multidisciplinary Speech Therapist to join our team at SA Health, Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a comprehensive range of speech pathology services to inpatients and community members in the Southern Fleurieu region.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate client outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology, including registration with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary ranging from $68,478 - $83,594 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience and qualifications.
- A permanent part-time position working 22.5 hours per week.
