About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language services to clients, including assessments, therapy plans, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized therapy plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy approaches to address client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Contribute to team meetings, professional development opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Proven experience in delivering speech and language services, preferably in a private practice setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, with occasional evening or weekend shifts
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
