The Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide high-level patient-centered care to older adults residing in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based clinical nursing care to patients in community settings
- Led and contribute to practice development initiatives across the district
- Develop and implement education programs for healthcare professionals
- Promote research and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to clinical services planning and management
- At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration clinical experience
- Approved post-registration nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- National Police Check, Aged Care National Criminal Check, NSW Working with Children Check, Vaccination Category A
