Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our Information Security Operations team. As the Director of Cybersecurity Initiatives, you will oversee the evolution of technical and operational security platforms, drive the improvement of our information security posture, and develop a mature operations command centre.

About You:

  • Experience in developing and leading information security operations and a proven understanding of security technology and the emerging threat landscape.
  • Demonstrated deep technical knowledge of information security operations, information technology trends, programs, systems, and platforms.
  • High level of achievement and management experience at a senior level in a complex organisation and service delivery environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to take innovative approaches leading to process improvement and the achievement of strategic goals.
