A commercial property in Brisbane CBD is seeking a skilled facilities professional to oversee its facilities.
Role Summary:- Assist the facilities manager with contractor management, scheduling, and supervision of essential services.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports highlighting potential risks.
- At least 3 years' experience in building services (lifts, fire, electrical) and service delivery on commercial or retail assets.
- Experience in CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems).
- Engineering or property related tertiary education is advantageous.
- Problem-solving ability to think critically.
- Effective communication skills.
