Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team. As an occupational therapist, you will work closely with patients and multidisciplinary teams to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and consultative services for clients with complex hand therapy needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to patients with complex hand therapy needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Act as a trusted leader and mentor, supporting rural generalist occupational therapists in managing their hand therapy caseloads
- Drive service improvements, contribute to clinical governance, and lead education and training to build capability across the workforce
