About the Practice:

We are a well-known dental practice within the Adelaide region for our cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, periodontic, restorative (crowns, bridges, endodontics and implants) and general dentistry services. We are a vibrant team looking for a passionate dental assistant to join us. Team dynamics is incredibly important to us in our extremely busy 13-chair practice. The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity available at our Tea Tree Plaza practice for a dental assistant seeking permanent full-time work:

  • A modern dental practice with 13 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments across two practices in the shopping centre, allowing us to service the community.
  • A friendly, welcoming, fun and dedicated team.
  • A condensed work week – 3 days off per week.
  • Convenient shopping centre location with parking and access to public transport on site.
  • Maintain our amazing customer and team culture – providing continued excellent customer service to our patients.
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists.
  • Treatment coordination.
  • Provide instrument sterilization.
  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Ideal experience of 1+ year in a similar role.
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, as this is a fast-paced and dynamic role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
