The Opportunity:

  • We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at one of our practices available for two dental receptionists seeking full time work:
  • Modern dental practice with wide range of dental treatments
  • Friendly, fun and dedicated team
  • Compressed 4-day work week

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

Requirements:

  • Available to work Full Time, compressed work week one RDO a week
  • Previous dental reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
  • Self-motivated individual, fast-paced and dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
