Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, deliver and support cloud solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure. As a senior escalation point, you will tackle complex issues, ensure high service quality and bring technical leadership to our cloud operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy and support Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for enterprise and SMB clients.
  • Provide senior-level troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Automate infrastructure deployments and configuration management using Terraform and other IaC tools.
  • Work with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Implement and manage Azure Front Door, API Management, Databricks and Application Gateways.
  • Configure, secure and optimise Web Application Firewalls (WAF), including Palo Alto, Alteon or Azure Application Gateway.
  • Ensure cloud solutions are secure, compliant and aligned with governance standards.
  • Monitor, optimise and enhance performance, availability and cost-efficiency of cloud workloads.
  • Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Maintain clear documentation of designs, processes and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and communication to clients.
