At Beca, we are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our industrial and water business, you will have the opportunity to lead structural designs for steel structures across various projects.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and be near Chartered Professional Engineer status. With experience in general industrial steel structures, you will have developed a solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support. You will also have opportunities for leading and mentoring junior engineers and their professional growth and development.
