About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a School-based Traineeship trainee at our Plumbing Mosman branch. As a valued member of our team, you will work towards obtaining a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Embracing our values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales transactions
  • Managing stock levels
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • BUILDING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
  • Following up with customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the branch

Estimated Salary

$15-$20 per hour (dependent on experience and location)

Working Hours

You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability essential. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
