About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for Year 10 students to undertake a School–based Traineeship in Warehouse Operations with the Reece Group. As a partner with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, we are looking for students who will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embracing the Reece values and policies, while providing excellent customer service.
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.
  • Processing sales and managing stock effectively.
  • Answering phone calls to take messages and orders, and communicating with customers and staff.
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up services to customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a high standard of branch performance.
About You
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain a neat and tidy workplace, and present yourself professionally.
Working Conditions

As a trainee, you will work approximately one and a half days per week during school terms. Saturday availability is required, and additional hours during school holidays are available to support your progress.
