About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused trade counter assistant to provide top-notch support to plumbers and other tradespeople.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Offer product information and quotes to customers
    • Maintain accurate stock levels, organize orders, and ensure efficient inventory management
    • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by tidying up the branch and addressing any maintenance needs
    • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • The ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
