Trade Counter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Trade Counter professional to join our team. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on plumbing products and solutions;
  • Helping customers access the products they need for building and renovation projects;
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities;
  • Assisting with daily branch operations and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment;
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology;
  • A clean, valid driver's license;
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
