Lead Tax Professional

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our team in delivering comprehensive tax services to clients.

This dynamic role involves driving business development initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful project execution.

  • Lead a team of tax professionals in delivering comprehensive tax services.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and client engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in U.S. taxation, with a focus on investment funds or international corporate structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/taxation or related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering superior results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and empower team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
