Casual Sommelier Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a strong background in premium hospitality environments with previous sommelier experience or extensive wine knowledge. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service, assessing wine quality, and communicating key wine details confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional wine service with a strong focus on guest interaction and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess wine quality, confidently check for cork taint, and accurately communicate key wine details.
  • Open sparkling wine professionally and demonstrate strong pouring skills with consistency across service stations.

Requirements:

  • A valid RSA certification is essential.
  • Experience in high-end functions or events is highly regarded.
