Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate patient care specialist to provide high-quality patient care and support services to our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care planning and coordination for residents.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve resident goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care needs.
- 3+ years of experience in aged care nursing desirable.
- Ability to lead a team and mentor new staff members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of legislative reporting requirements and industry standards.
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS worker check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
