Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum
Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting medical sales objectives and managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory.
This role involves administering a sales program within a defined sales territory to enhance awareness and understanding of our product range.
- Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned areas through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals, and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary, as discussed and approved in writing by your supervisor.
- Develop and implement special programs within territories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals, including physicians, medical staff, pharmacies, etc.
- Promote and detail the benefits of promoted products to professionals and paraprofessionals in the medical field through effective, pre-planned promotional methods tailored to specific customer needs.
- Provide expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs to key opinion leaders.
- Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge in line with therapeutic areas accountable for.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.
