Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Finance Transformation service offering. In this strategic role, you will lead the transformation of organisations' finance operating models, encompassing systems, processes, and operations. This will involve leveraging digital technologies and other improvements to increase efficiency, enhance decision-making, and align financial functions with broader business objectives.

As a trusted advisor to CFOs and their finance teams, you will provide invaluable support in navigating change, delivering efficiency, insight, and value to businesses. Your multidisciplinary team brings together diverse skill sets across finance, fostering a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of leading practices across the finance operating model, including process dependencies across other functional areas. Additionally, you should have:

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP/EPM/cloud technology, gained through previous engagements or industry experience
  • Ability to articulate functional business requirements to technical requirements
  • Experience delivering end-to-end EPM engagements, including technical build and deployment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
