About the Role

As a Relationship Manager in our SME portfolio, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive portfolio growth, increase customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business and financial needs
  • Provide customers with tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
  • Collaborate with Product Partners and stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals
  • Manage a portfolio of SME customers and ensure effective credit and operational risk management

  • Portfolio Management: Selecting, prioritizing, and managing a portfolio of customers to drive business growth and efficiency
