The Role
  • Map customer needs to technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery.
  • Contribute to scoping and architecture phases of Digital Workplace projects, providing expert consultation and input.
  • Design and implement system solutions based on in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.
  • Provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert in all things Microsoft 365, offering guidance and support.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and execute against project plans, ensuring successful outcomes and scope adherence.
  • Stay up-to-date with rapid changes in the IT industry, particularly in cloud and mobility, and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet timescales and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, working closely with the project team to mitigate potential problems.
  • Interact with customer IT teams to deliver projects successfully, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Maintain a high level of ethical awareness and conduct.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in M365 service delivery, with a focus on Australian market requirements.
  • Considerable experience working with systems integrators, service providers, or large organizations implementing complex M365 solutions.
  • Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Expert-level knowledge in multiple areas of the Microsoft 365 suite, including identity management, security, and compliance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Identities, Microsoft Defender XDR Security, Zero Trust, Azure B2C custom policy development, and other relevant technologies.
