• Map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
• Provide input and consultation into scoping and architecture phase of Digital Workplace projects.
• Create and implement system designs based on in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.
• Provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert in all things Microsoft 365.
• Develop detailed technical designs and execute against project plans as well as scope of works.
• Learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.
• Work with project managers to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team.
• Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.
• Maintain a high ethical view.
• Work in an energetic, versatile and transnational team who are passionate about their work and enjoy working with technology.

• Full-Time Work Rights in Australia
• Ability to work in Melbourne(hybrid workstyle: twice-a-week work at office in CBD)
• 4-5 years' relevant M365 service delivery experience in Australia
• Considerable experience with a systems integrator or service provider or within a large organization implementing complex M365 solutions.
• Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.
• Must be considered as an expert in many areas of the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Have undertaken several Microsoft 365 migrations including.
  • On premise to M365
  • Cloud to Cloud e.g, 365>365 migration
• Expert knowledge in the following technology areas
  • Microsoft Identities
    • Entra ID
    • B2B Collaboration
    • External Identity
    • Entra Identity Management capabilities,
    • Identity Governance,
    • Azure identity
  • Microsoft Defender XDR Security
  • Zero Trust
• Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas
  • Azure B2C custom policy development
  • Microsoft Authentication Libraries,
  • Active Directory Domain Services(Directory services, Replication, Kerberos)
  • Active Directory Federation Services
  • Group policies
• Good to have knowledge in following technologies:
  • Office 365 Migration Tools – BitTitan, Avepoint etc
  • Power Automate, PowerBI, Viva, Stream.
  • ITIL framework
  • Intune and SCCM
  • Mobility and WAN
  • Telephony, SIP, SBC experience.
  • Ancillary Office 365 workloads including but not limited to Forms, Planner,
• Good problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers in project and other meetings.
