Your Mission

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead our ServiceNow implementation and integration development efforts by reimagining the customer experience, improving service operations, and engaging customers with digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow implementation and integration development efforts
  • Reimagine the customer experience and improve service operations
  • Engage customers with digital workflows
  • Solve customer problems by bringing front, middle, and back offices together with any ServiceNow module

Requirements

  • 4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments / implementations, and / or integrations
  • Experienced in building ServiceNow modules for customers
  • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
  • ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – any and all modules - required
  • ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired
  • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
  • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
  • Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular
  • Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player
  • ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent is preferred

A phone screen with our TA team to validate your experience and expectations for new opportunities.
Never more than three (3) interviews with technical, functional and leadership staff.
A standard Background and Work Reference Check.
