Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist in Aged Care Services. This role will involve providing clinical and care services to our clients across various practice areas, with a focus on enabling them to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians
  • Implementing and monitoring care plans to enable clients to live well at home
  • Developing therapeutic and caring relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Own vehicle and Australian Driver's licence
  • Willingness to obtain an annual influenza vaccination
