Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify development requirements for various projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop tailored training strategies aligned with project objectives, resources, and budgets.
  • Design and deliver training programs, materials, and resources to address identified needs effectively.
  • Deliver training sessions to the business, ensuring understanding and adoption of key concepts and skills.
  • Utilize various training methods and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on training progress and outcomes.
  • Implement mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
  • Generate regular reports on training metrics, progress, and impact on project performance.
The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT projects, with a proven track record of leading and executing projects.
  • Complete responsibility for design, development, and facilitation of training programs.
  • Proven experience developing training programs for a large number of internal staff, utilizing both online and in-person sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal) and stakeholder management skills.
  • Planning and scheduling abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A team-focused mentality and an ability to work effectively as part of an immediate and wider team.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
