We're looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to take their career to the next level. If you love fast-growing SaaS start-ups, passionate about building software customers love, and keen to go on a rapid personal growth journey – read on.
Our team needs someone who is highly adaptable, a fast learner, and able to add value to our projects with expertise in reimplementing (and enhancing) an existing application targeted towards the construction industry.
You'll need to be creative, propose efficient approaches to providing technical solutions, and think critically using industry-standard development strategies.
We offer a chance to work in a fast-growing SaaS startup with a modern product culture, directly solving critical gaps within the Construction Industry utilising technology to increase efficiencies, maximise productivity, improve reporting and decrease costs.
This is a high-impact role, with engineering involved in both design and delivery of solving customer problems. You'll have the opportunity to drive the best technical direction while working on this exciting project.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable commercial full-stack Ruby on Rails development experience, a proven record of building sophisticated Rails applications that integrate with various third-party services, and experience with Linux, preferably setting up Ruby on Rails in a Linux environment.
We're looking for someone who thinks in terms of outcomes (not outputs), deeply cares about users, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, lightweight OO code. We also expect experience with Agile/SCRUM related development methodologies and technologies.
We believe Customer Centricity is key. Our team members are ambitious, driven to accelerate their personal growth & careers, have a growth mindset, are awesome to work with, and speak up & share what's on their mind.
We're looking for people who love solving customer problems and take a simple and flexible approach. We're a pragmatic & humble team who obsess over making things easy. Keep it simple, we say Improve, don't invent.
