Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualified Commis Chef with experience in a hotel kitchen environment.
  • 5-star standard of Food-Preparation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work in a team, reporting to the Head Chef.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
