Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Goulburn. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing quality occupational therapy services to patients/clients.

The successful candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist, along with demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing quality occupational therapy services to patients/clients in a regional area
    • Working collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    • Prioritizing and organizing own work/caseload across a regional area
    • Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate care and services

Selection Criteria

  • Essential Requirements:
    • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
    • Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Extensive broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize own work/caseload across a regional area
    • Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
    • Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities
    • Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision
    • Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain it
