Operational Excellence Manager Job Description:

This role involves ensuring seamless product flow through the store, encompassing receiving shipments and organizing the Back of House (BOH) for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead BOH operations to maintain a well-organized workspace that supports an exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee inventory movement, including receiving, processing, and preparing products for the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Manage stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Track and report on inventory performance, analyzing data to optimize stock levels and collaborating with leadership to improve results.
  • Design and manage the BOH layout to maximize efficiency and create a safe, functional environment for the team.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to forecast inventory needs, monitor sell-through rates, and implement action plans to enhance stock performance.
  • Lead and coach the team, promoting adherence to operational standards and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations or inventory management, with a focus on BOH processes. They should be detail-oriented and data-driven, constantly analyzing inventory reports to ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
