We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Parts Inventory Coordinator. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our branches in all aspects of inventory control, analysis, and management.
This role is critical to the success of our organization by delivering top-notch parts inventory KPIs. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the network to respond quickly to changing requirements and make recommendations for process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in parts inventory, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. If you possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for data analysis, and a drive to deliver results, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- Support branches in inventory control, analysis, and management
- Identify inventory items for purchase or reorder
- Create Purchase Orders
- Place orders with vendors using various methods
- Respond to branch requests for parts orders
- Perform stock levelling between branches
- Work with stakeholders to address changing requirements
- Recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in parts inventory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Able to use Excel/VBA for tool creation
- Exceptional forecasting ability
- Strong work ethic
