About the Role

You will be a critical member of the People Experience team. You and your partner in crime, our current coordinator will have true generalist roles managing first level employee queries, administering employee changes, supporting our Advisors with end-to-end recruitment and general Advisory matters, giving you great exposure and a career path. The position reports to our Head of People Experience but will take daily instruction from our Advisors. We are a team that enjoys working closely with our stakeholders, being able to provide high level and professional customer service, eating amazing cakes and hearing what we all got up to on the weekend. We are proud of the way we support our amazing colleagues and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent customer service skills and values working in an integrated team.

What you will be doing

You will hit the ground running having proven experience in the following:

- Ownership of the recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and learning systems including ConnX, HROnboard, CultureAMP and EdApp.
- Processing cyclical HR Transactions throughout the employee lifecycle for 650+ employees ranging from casuals to full-timers and under a variety of awards where applicable
- Supporting Advisors to manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the greatest candidate care and meeting Managers expectations, bringing in candidates aligned to our Code.
- Being a part of broader company initiatives and project teams. We work our calendar around our people's passions
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and innovation when investigating, analysing & solving problems or taking advantage of opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Previous coordinator or recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort in being a self-learner with systems and having an ability to problem solve
- Being OK that not two days will ever be the same
- Team oriented with a can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
