Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to provide quality personalised care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes.

  1. Assist with general household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning bathroom & kitchen, changing beds, hanging up washing etc
  2. Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
  3. Prepare meals for our clients
  4. Offer social support and companionship
  5. Transport clients to appointments and shopping etc

Requirements for the role include:

  • Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly is crucial
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are required
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is an advantage but not essential, you can complete this through our traineeship program
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded but not required
  • Evidence of Flu & Covid vaccinations is mandatory
