We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to provide exceptional care to people of all ages and abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging social activities, providing companionship, friendship and community access.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Arrange social activities and community access
  • Provide companionship, friendship and community access
  • Document services provided, incidents and complete reports as required
Requirements:
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Driver's License (Medium to Large SUV)
  • Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Valid Police Check

MUST HAVE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE IN HOIST AND BOWEL CARE AS WELL AS PROVIDE PERSONALISED SUPPORT SERVICES TO CLIENTS WITH DISABILITIES.
