The Chief Risk Officer is a senior position responsible for overseeing the strategic development and implementation of risk management at our organization.
This role requires providing strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of an effective risk governance framework, compliance obligations, insurance portfolio, quality systems, assurance, and resilience processes.
The CRO also fulfills the role of Chief Audit Officer, with responsibility for internal audit requirements.
Requirements- A strategic and transformational leader with experience in leading and directing an enterprise risk and compliance function in a large and complex organization.
- Substantial experience in risk management, preferably in the services sector or state government context.
- Best practice expertise and focus on emerging methodologies.
