About the Role:
This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced and influential leader to drive a proactive and accountable risk culture across our organization.
As Lead Enterprise Risk Strategist, you will lead the development and implementation of frameworks and programs that embed risk thinking into every layer of the business, aligning with our values and regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to embed risk thinking into everyday business decisions, strategic planning, and operations; establishing and monitoring frameworks and metrics to assess risk culture maturity and identify opportunities for growth; driving alignment with APRA and ASIC requirements, supporting governance and contributing to risk-related reporting; and championing collaboration across teams to embed consistent messaging and shared responsibility for risk management.
About You:You are an experienced and influential leader in the financial services sector, with a strong background in risk, compliance, or internal audit. You have a proven track record of developing and embedding risk culture frameworks and capability programs, supported by relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in risk, compliance, or leadership. You bring strategic insight, credibility, and a passion for fostering a resilient, learning-oriented organization.
