Digital Research Infrastructure Specialist

The Australian National University is seeking a Manager, Expertise to support the development and success of national research services providing Australian researchers with competitive advantage through data.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the growth and maturity of national research services to provide Australian researchers with a competitive edge through data-driven insights
- Lead by example as a practitioner in a specialist area of expertise contributing to national-scale multi-partner programs and projects
- Build a high-performing team through collaborative leadership that empowers staff fosters open communication shared decision-making and a culture built on trust and values
- Drive delivery of strategic objectives by planning and managing resource allocation to meet key focus areas balancing workload and working closely with other Managers to address resource challenges
- A strong understanding of the Australian research landscape and the role of data in driving innovation and progress
- Experience in leading teams and managing resources to achieve strategic goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and partnerships across the digital research ecosystem
- Knowledge of digital research infrastructure and the ability to contribute to national-scale multi-partner programs and projects
